DIY Flavored Homemade Butter. Something to file away for Christmas/Holidays because this would make the perfect gift especially in a food basket a long with flavored vinegar here, and maybe some tiny mason jar pies here. Tutorial from Please Note here. *I posted another tutorial on my kids blog here about making plain butter because you can just put the heavy cream in a jar and have kids take turn shaking it.

The sun dried tomato one looks sounds amazing.

Spinach Burgers
These are the absolute best! I am making them again tonight!
Makes about 4
1 bag of thawed and well drained chopped spinach
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/4 c diced onion
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix well in a bowl

Now, form into burger-sized patties. (or you can do spinach balls)
Heat a non stick skillet over med-high. Spray with a bit of cooking spray.
Cook about 5-6 minutes.
Serve on your choice of bread product, or eat them “naked”.

WANT TO MAKE.

I just so happen to have all of the ingredients for a post like this for the first time ever. I’m going to make one for myself for lunch and if it’s good, I’ll make it for dinner before Jose gets home. He’ll eat it as long as he doesn’t know what it is.
